By way of this application, the applicant-original petitioner has prayed for fixing the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.7603 of 2002 for final hearing at an early date.
Considering the prayers prayed for in the main matter, it appears that the main matter pertains to gratuity amount as well as retirement dues and therefore, the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.7603 of 2002 is fixed for final hearing on 15.03.2012.
In view of the above, the application is allowed.
The respondents are directed to file affidavit in reply on or before 24.2.2012. Rejoinder, if any, be filed on or before 1.3.2012.
