The respondent, Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd., has acted with expected speed. The Court puts its appreciation on record for the expeditious action taken in the matter and assistance rendered by learned advocate Ms. Bhaya in getting that expeditious action in the matter.
Learned advocate Ms. Bhaya places on record a copy of order dated 28.10.2010, whereby the petitioners, who were transferred out of Circle, are re-transferred to their original Circle. In view of that order, the grievance of the petitioners does not survive. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
