1. On 11.06.2012, following order was passed.
"In the morning sessions at 1100 hrs., a request was made by learned counsel Mr. Vyas on behalf of Mr. KJ Macwan for respondents no.1 to 3 to adjourn the matter, which was declined, since the matter is of 1994. Thereafter, even in the first, second and third rounds, none was present on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3.
In view of the above, the Zonal Manager of respondent-Bank, respondent no.3 herein, is directed to remain present before this Court on the next date at 1100 hours failing which appropriate orders may be passed. S.O to 22.06.2012. Direct service permitted today. A copy of the order be served to Mr. Macwan for taking appropriate steps."
2. On 22.06.2012, following order was passed.
"Pursuant to order dated 11th June 2012 passed by this Court, Zonal Manager of respondent No.3 - Bank has remained personally present before the Court. Matter is now adjourned to 5th July 2012. On the next date of hearing, personal presence of the Zonal Manager is dispensed with."
3. Even today, Mr. Kirit J Macwan, ld. Advocate for the respondent requests for time to put his house in order. As a last chance, the matter is adjourned to 13.07.2012.
