In the morning sessions at 1100 hrs., a request was made by learned counsel Mr. Vyas on behalf of Mr. KJ Macwan for respondents no.1 to 3 to adjourn the matter, which was declined, since the matter is of 1994. Thereafter, even in the first, second and third rounds, none was present on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3.
In view of the above, the Zonal Manager of respondent-Bank, respondent no.3 herein, is directed to remain present before this Court on the next date at 1100 hours failing which appropriate orders may be passed. S.O to 22.06.2012. Direct service permitted today. A copy of the order be served to Mr. Macwan for taking appropriate steps.
