O. to 12/06/2012.
In the event any affidavit clarifying the reason as to why the concerned authority is not considering the provisions contained under the applicable Act and the statute/order framed thereunder dealing with and fixing the superannuation age at sixty years is not filed before the next date, then the concerned final authority i.e. competent authority to take final decision on this count, shall remain present on next date of hearing.
