H.C.Kavitha, HCGP for R1 & R2) …Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the complaint dated 05.08.2019 and to take necessary action as per law; the complaint dated 05.08.2019 being produced at Annexure-A.
This Writ Petition coming on for preliminary hearing, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Petitioner claims to have given a complaint dated 05th August, 2019 to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies against the respondent No.4 stating that respondent No.4 has participated in an election being the Director of Grain Merchants’ Co-operative Bank, contrary to the Rules and no action has been taken on the said complaint. Accordingly, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the Registrar Co-operative Societies to take action in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies to consider petitioner’s complaint dated 05th August 2019, as expeditiously as possible.
The learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file her memo of appearance in four weeks.
