ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.5 has not issued stock allotment order, to enable the petitioner to submit the D.D for the value of the quota for the month of November, 2014.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P) submitted that while there are no legal impediments for respondent No.5 to issue stock allotment order, the petitioner has not come forward to collect the stock allotment order and produce the D.D. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that no intimation was given to the petitioner regarding the stock allotment order. Be that as it may, as the learned Assistant Government Pleader stated that respondent No.5 will issue stock allotment order from the month of January, 2015, the petitioner is permitted to approach respondent No.5. On the petitioner so approaching, respondent No.5 shall issue stock allotment order and receive the D.Ds that may be submitted by the petitioner for release of the essential commodities from the month of January, 2015.
With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.50945 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
