The judgment and order dated 17th November 2009 gave a direction in the manner as follows:
“Recording the above submission, we are of the opinion that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to APCPDCL to consider the cases of the candidates in question as per clauses 6 I (iv) (b) and (d) of the revised notification dated 20.10.2006, if they are otherwise eligible.”
Therefore, it is clear mandate that the respondents have to consider the cases of the candidates in question. In the body of the writ petition, there is no allegation that they have not considered the case.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
