The present writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the proceedings in Lr.No.Mktg.M2/ 16(7)/MIS-APP/KMS 2012-13, dated 09-01-2014, addressing the 3rd respondent not to transfer the properties of the petitioners and their family members as arbitrary, illegal and null and void.
2. The writ petition was heard at length along with connected writ petition in W.P.No.5894 of 2014 and reserved for judgment on 11-09-2014. After reserving the matter along with the said writ petition, WPMP No.45129 of 2014 was filed in W.P.No.5894 of 2014 for reopening the matter, as such, the present writ petition came up. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that this writ petition needs to be closed in view of the order dated 29-10-2014 passed by the District Collector, Adilabad.
3. In view of above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
