JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. NO. 21780 OF 2014 Date of Judgment: 1.8.2014 Between:
B. Venkati …Petitioner And The State of Telangana and others ..Respondents THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. No. 21780 of 2014 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the fourth respondent-Tahsildar, Mancherial, dated 12.8.2013 and according to the petitioner, the said proceedings were created falsely without conducting any enquiry. In my opinion, the said order is clearly appealable order under Section 5 (5) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy of appeal. With the said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No costs.
VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J Dt. 1.8.2014 KR
