JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.27830 of 2014 Dated 25th September, 2014 Between :
B.Venkataramanamma … Petitioner a n d The Govt. of Andhra Pradesh & others … Respondents THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.27830 of 2014 ORDER :
Heard.
Petitioner seeks grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds with respect to her land admeasuring Acs.3.00 in survey No.131 of Peddagantyada Village and Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. Petitioner places reliance upon the earlier orders of this Court in W.P.No.32895 of 2010 dated 24.12.2012 wherein also a similar direction was issued by this Court directing the 6th respondent therein to consider petitioner’s case for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. It appears that the land was initially subjected to acquisition proceedings but it seems to have de-notified. After disposal of W.P.No.32895 of 2010 by this Court, petitioner stated to have made an application dated 02.01.2014 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. As per the directions of this Court, the request of the petitioner was once again considered by the Tahasildar and under his letter dated 06.01.2014 he informed that clarification from the Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) is awaited and as soon as the same is received, necessary action will be taken. Since no action is taken thereafter, petitioner filed the present writ petition again.
On the last date of hearing, it was noticed that petitioner has not made her application in prescribed proforma under Form-6A.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has made an application accordingly on 19.09.2014.
In view of the compliance by the petitioner and also the direction of this Court in earlier writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent herein to consider the said application of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR 25th September, 2014.
