This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 78 of 2011 on the file of III-Town Police Station, Kakinada Urban, East Godavari district, registered for offences under section 420, 424, 323, 506 IPC read with section 34 of IPC and section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
2. When this matter is listed on 01/04/2014 learned Public Prosecutor was directed to verify the stage of investigation and in pursuance of the same, he received a letter from the Station House Officer, III-Town Police Station, Kakinada Urban. According to the said letter, investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed, which is registered as CC.No. 442 of 2011, pending on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada.
3. As the investigation is completed and charge sheet was already taken on file by the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, E a s t Godavari district, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
