ORDER:
Petitioner is aggrieved by the order, impugned, passed by the learned Magistrate under Section 457 Cr.P.C., whereby his request for release of the seized property, was rejected. However, petitioner has efficacious alternative remedies of filing the revision petition or invoking the jurisdiction of this court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.
With a liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
