JUDGMENT / ORDER

K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.
r n s This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for committing contempt of Court by disobeying the order, dated 05.11.2015 in W.P.No.35234 of 2015.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the Government has issued a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.245 [Municipal Administration and Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Department], dated 16.06.2017, in and by which, the Government has decided to consider the case of the petitioner to appoint him under compassionate ground. The learned Standing Counsel has produced the said Government Order.
3. Since the order passed in the Writ Petition, dated 05.11.2015 has been compiled with, the contempt application is closed.
