Petitioner’s grievance is that no action is taken on his representation, dated 18.09.2014. However, within four days, the present writ petition is filed. Evidently, therefore, no cause of action is made out warranting entertainment of writ petition.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as premature.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
