THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 146 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Looking at the prayer we are of the view that there is no justiciable cause to entertain this writ petition, as there is no legal provision under which the official respondents should take action pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed on that ground alone. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
