Heard Mr Sharad Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr Pradeep Kumar Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State.
Counsel for the petitioners, does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent no.2-Development Authority, seeking similar relief as prayed in the instant writ petition and direction to decide the representation of the petitioners within time frame. The writ petition is disposed of, as not pressed. It is open to the petitioners to make a representation to respondent no.2, as aforementioned. If such a representation is made, the concerned authority shall decide the same, on merits, in accordance with law. While passing this order, it is made clear, this Court has not considered merits of the case.
