Respondent (By Sri.S.T.Naik, HCGP) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the entire criminal proceedings in SPL.C.NO.10067/2017 on the file of V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiptur so far as the petitioner is concerned at Annexure-A and etc.
This Criminal Petition coming for orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Though sufficient time was granted to petitioner to comply with office objections, same has not been complied with. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.
