ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue Writ, Order or Direction one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in suspending the authorization of petitioner’s Fair Price Shop Dealership vide Proceeding Rc.No.C/988/2014 dated 25-10-2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set side the same and permit the petitioner to distribute the essential commodities to the cardholders of Shop No.13, B.T. Palle Village, Chakrayapet Mandal, YSR Kadapa District.”
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.) submitted that on realizing that the impugned order was passed without justification, respondent No.2 has withdrawn the same on 25.11.2014. He has placed letter dated 25.11.2014 addressed by respondent No.2 to the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.), wherein the said information has been furnished.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.2, whereby he has restored the authorization of the petitioner, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44773 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
