ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.797/2014D dated 17.9.2014 of respondent No.3, whereby she has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
In obedience to the direction of this Court, respondent No.3 is personally present. She has placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.No.797/2014-D dated 29.11.2014 issued by her, withdrawing the impugned order with a warning to the petitioner to be more careful in future in discharging her duties. She has also assured that she will be more discreet in passing orders of suspension and imposing penalties on the fair price shop dealers in future.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44451 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
