HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23615 of 2007 ORDER:
This writ petition was filed seeking direction to respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate legal action protecting the family rights in the schedule land and also to take immediate action against the alleged illegal acts of respondents 6 to 12 pursuant to the FIR No.110/2007 for trespassing into the schedule land.
2. When the case is called, none appeared for the petitioners. However, learned counsel for respondents 6 to 12 submits that pursuant to the FIR No.110 of 2007, trial of the case took place and all the accused were acquitted by a competent criminal Court and nothing survives for adjudication
3. Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for Respondents 6 to 12, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
