THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.17275 OF 2014 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner is a contract employee of the third respondent and she filed the present writ petition seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, declaring the order issued by the third respondent in Proceedings Rc.No.A3/EGS/114/2014 dated 30-1-2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the said order and further direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential benefits.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that without issuing any notice or making any enquiry, she was kept out of contract by order dated 30- 1-2014.
On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner who is a Technical Assistant in NREGS, Bonakal Mandal, Khamma District was suspended on the allegation of committing misappropriation and it was found in 7th round of social audit and that a charge memo was also issued to her on 26-3-2014.
In the above circumstances, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry and dispose of the matter within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
