Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records from the respondent and issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the order of dismissal passed by the respondent in proceedings Rc.No.401/A2/2005, dated 27-09-2013, dismissing the petitioner from service by alleging misconduct, without giving any Charge Sheet, without conducting any enquiry, without furnishing report of the Enquiry Officer and without examining any witness in his presence as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, arbitrary, discriminatory, amounts to unfair labour practice, in violation of Section 25-F of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and grant all consequential benefits.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A.K. Jayaprakash Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, and Sri P. Subash Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

There shall be interim directions that the respondent shall immediately reinstate the petitioner by tomorrow itself.
