THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.19285 of 2014 ORDER :
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
Reserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
