ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondents No. 1 and 2 in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 6.3.2006 and not taking any action against Respondent No.3 in respect of construction of property bearing No.3-5-1089/2A, G & H, Narayanguda, Sree Colony, Hyderabad.
Learned Counsel for the third respondent submits that the petitioner filed similar complaint with the Andhra Pradesh Lok Ayukta, wherein an order was passed on 01.03.2013 after receiving the response from respondents 1 and 2 herein stating that the premises in question is being used for residential purpose and the owner of the said premises while residing in a portion has let out the other portions for residential purposes and some deviations were already regularized under Building Penalization Scheme on 13.10.2010. It was also observed therein that there is no encroachment on the road.
In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
