O R D E R:
Smt. Danda Radhika, learned standing counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), states that the order dated 11.09.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23443 of 2011, alleged disobedience of which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with. Acknowledgements signed by the petitioner are produced in proof of having received sums of Rs.3,16,726/- and Rs.38,511/- by way of two individual cheques.
In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed. This order shall however not preclude the petitioner from pursuing such remedies as are available in law in the event his grievance still subsists. No order as to costs.
