JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent dated 07.07.2017 and to quash the same.
3. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 07.07.2017 passed by the first respondent-Thasildar.
4. Since the petitioner has got the remedy by way of an appeal before the third respondent, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 07.07.2017 before the third respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the writ petition is closed, No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
