The Chief Controller of Explosives A Block, 5th Floor, CGO Complex, Seminary Hills, Nagpur – 440 006 ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus in directing the respondents to call for the 1st respondent culminating in the Order No.Ma.3882/EE/SC/TN/24/191 (E20444) dated 23.07.2007 passed by the 1st Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to renew the licence of the Petitioner on the basis of first come first serve basis on the seniority of the issue of licence between the competing licencees.
For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : No Appearance O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] There is no representation on the side of the Petitioner as well as on the side of the Respondents at the time of calling of the matter at 11.40 a.m.
2. It appears that the relief sought for by the Petitioner in the main Writ Petition as well as the one sought for in the M.P.No.1 of 2007 is one and the same. Added further, the Petitioner had obtained Interim Direction as prayed for by him in the Miscellaneous Petition from this Court on 02.11.2007. As such, this Court comes to a resultant conclusion that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
