O R D E R:
This writ petition was filed seeking declaration that the action of the 2nd respondent in undertaking illegal construction at house bearing No.7-7-44/56/43, Vidyanagar, Adilabad District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the first respondent to demolish the said construction of the 2nd respondent.
2. In view of the orders passed in W.P.No.18188 of 2007, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition and the constructions made by the petitioner in W.P.No.181888 of 2007 would be subject to the orders passed therein.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
