ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.5 has been unlawfully withholding the release order to the petitioner’s fair price shop.
Today, at the hearing, Sri D.V.Subramanyam, Tahsildar, Bommanahal Mandal, is personally present and he has stated that he has recently assumed the office of respondent No.5. He has further submitted that he has issued the release order in favour of the petitioner for the month of December, 2014 and that he will permit the petitioner to continue as fair price shop dealer without creating any hurdles to him in future.
In view of the above-noted statement of respondent No.5, which is placed on record, the Writ Petition is closed.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44663 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
