THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Sri M. Vinod Kumar, learned AGA, on instructions submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.6.2018 as per Annexure-B has been considered by the jurisdictional Police and issued the Endorsement to the effect that it is the Civil dispute and it is for the parties to settle the matter before the appropriate Civil Court. Further, if there is decree and the defendants are violating the terms of the decree, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
In view of the submission made by the learned AGA and the Endorsement issued by the Police, the present writ petition does not survive for consideration and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available in accordance with law.
