The present writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 31.3.1992 and 11.3.1992 passed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2, whereby the dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 to 9 was remanded back to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer to consider the same and pass fresh orders in accordance with the observations made in the impugned judgement. No interim order was granted to the petitioner.
It appears that the present writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
