JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA AT BENGALURU DATED THIS THE 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2019 BEFORE THE HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI WRIT PETITION No.48015 OF 2015 & W.P Nos.48018 & 48019-22 0F 2015 (LA-BDA) Between:
1. B.S.Ramappa, since deceased Rep by (a) Smt Varada Ramappa, Aged about 80 years, (b) B.R.Venkatram S/o Ramappa, Aged about 41 years, (c) B.R.Raguram S/o Ramappa, Aged about 52 years, All are residing at No.356, Ram Nilaya H.M.T. Layout, Anand Nagar Hebbala, Bangalore – 560 024.
LRs of Ramappa (a) and (b) are represented by Sri B.R.Raguram (c) who is their power of attorney Holder of petitioners 1(a) and 1(b).
2. H.S.Hanumanthppa since decease Rep by his LRs.
(a) Rekha Hanu W/o Jammes R.Thomas, Aged about 45 years, Residing at No.612, Beloit Avenue, Forest Park Illinios, 60130, USA.
(b) Smt Vidya Hanu, W/o Kristopher Maynard, R/o at 13019, Grande Poplar, CIR, Plainfield, Illinious, 60585, USA (C) Sand Hanu W/o Manjunath, Aged about 38 years, R/no 13265, Middleton Farm Lane, Herndon, Virginia 20171, USA All are represented by GPA Holder J.Mustaq Ahmed. .. Petitioners (By Sri Lohitaswa Banakar, Sri Srihari A.V, Advocates) And Bangalore Development Authority, Respondents by its Commissioner, Kumara Krupa West, Bangalore- 20. Respondent (By Sri Bipin Hegde, Advocate) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus to respondent to allot free of cost eight (8) residential site in any of the layouts where the sites are not disposed of or in the new layout which are formed on the basis of one site per acre land acquired and to grant such other reliefs and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petitions.
Memo for withdrawal is accepted.
Accordingly, petitions are dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to file fresh comprehensive writ petition as sought for.
