Respondent (By Sri Bipin Hegde, Advocate) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus to respondent to allot free of cost eight (8) residential site in any of the layouts where the sites are not disposed of or in the new layout which are formed on the basis of one site per acre land acquired and to grant such other reliefs and etc.
