(BY SRI. H.R. SHOWRI, HCGP) - - -
… RESPONDENT This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for records from the respondents. Quash the impugned order of suspension dated 13-7-2012 and the impugned order dated 15-2-2013 passed by the respondent vide annexure-A & E respectively and etc.
This Petition coming on for hearing this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The petitioner has filed this writ petition with regard to quashing of the suspension order dated 13.07.2012 bearing No.D.I.2/2012 (HVC 190/2011) as per Annexures-A and rejection of request for revocation of suspension as per Annexure-E. Subsequently, on enquiry, the petitioner has been dismissed from service which is the subject matter of W.P.No.27032/2014.
2. In view of subsequent writ petition filed against the dismissal order, this petition challenging the suspension and rejection of request for revocation of suspension could not survive for consideration. Admittedly, it is for the petitioner to make out a case in W.P.No.27032/2014 where she has challenged the dismissal order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
