JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to make necessary action against the petitioner's representation dated 08-02-2017 his sub-ordinate of the third respondent to survey with licensed surveyor, measured erect field stone and survey report based on the Thoraya Patta dated 14-05-2013 issued by the third respondent on the petitioner's property situated at Old No.27, New No.31/2, Rajamangalam, 7th Street, Villivakkam, Chennai  49 and pass orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. With consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08-02-2017, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
