ORDER:
Since the instructions of the learned Government Pleader states that a fresh panel is called for from the Collector, Kunool, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
2. Permission is accorded.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
