ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Roc.K/2674/2014 dated 12.09.2014 of respondent No.2.
By the above-mentioned order, respondent No.2 has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization on the allegation that 7.50 quintals of rice and 50 litres of kerosene were found excess.
In the light of the above allegation, I deem it appropriate that respondent No.2 completes the enquiry and passes a final order expeditiously.
Therefore, without interfering with the impugned order, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to complete the enquiry, wherein he shall give the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, and pass a final order within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.41679 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
