THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 5691 of 2008 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We are of the view that writ Court cannot grant any relief in relation to the work alleged to have been done by some workers.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed without passing any orders. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, not the writ Court. No order as to costs.
