O R D E R
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent handed over two cheques for a sum of Rs.16,73,798/- in full and final settlement of the claim made by the petitioner. According to the learned counsel, in case, the Scrutiny Committee is of the view that the petitioner produced a false Community Certificate, the respondent should be given liberty to recover the amount.

2. We make it clear that payment of the amount in furtherance of the order dated 18 September 2014 made in W.P.No.19267 of 2013 would not stand in the way of the respondent from taking action against the petitioner, in accordance with law including recovery of the amount, in case, there is a finding against the petitioner by the Scrutiny Committee.
3. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
