This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in conducting the inspection and recording the panchanama and inspection report dated 16-9-2014 in violation of the extant laws, rules and orders of the State Government and not following the prescribed procedure and making erroneous entries in the said panchanama and inspection report as being arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and set-aside the said inspection report dated 16-9-2014 and any action pursuant thereto and consequently direct the respondents to open the seals on the dispensing units at the petitioner’s petrol pump at Jedcherla and permit the petitioner to continue the operation of selling MS and HSD stock …”
At the hearing, Ms. S. Sri Ruma, learned Counsel appearing for Sri Avinash Desai, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous and that it may be dismissed as such.
In view of the above submission of the learned Counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.36210 and 36211 of 2014 are dismissed as infructuous.
