According to the petitioner, the respondents have filed a suit in O.S.No.362 of 2011 before the learned District Munsif, Tiruvallur for permanent injunction against the revision petitioner and the same is pending. Subsequently, the respondents have filed a Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.4563 of 2014, wherein no interim order has been granted. In the above suit, the respondents have filed interlocutary applications from time to time on the ground, the Civil Revision Petition is pending before the High Court. Hence, the suit has not been disposed of by the trial court. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for direction to dispose of the interlocutory applications and the said suit.

During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that it has been verified from the Information Center that the above said Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.4563 of 2014 was disposed of on 28.03.2016. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner / defendant is a senior citizen and prays to pass an appropriate order in the Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the said suit.
3. Considered, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted a statement on the disposal of the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.4563 of 2014 before this Court. Taking note of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner being the senior citizen, it is appropriate of this Court to direct the learned District Munsif, Tiruvallur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.362 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
