2. In view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.1106/1987 dated 24.11.1987 wherein the Division Bench has held that the Bangalore Turf Club Limited, Race Course Road, is not an Authority or Institution of the State within the meaning and manner of the Constitution of India.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take such recourse to remedy as available in law.
4. Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty the writ petition is disposed of.
