… Respondent (By Sri S.T.Naik, HCGP) This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 of Cr.P.C praying to set aside the order dated 20.12.2014 passed in S.C.No.457/2013 on the file of the LI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge (CCH-52), Bangalore City, and consequently, discharge the petitioner-accused No.2 from the alleged charge for the offences under Sections 498(A), 504 and 304(B) r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

O R D E R After hearing the learned Senior Counsel Sri Hasmath Pasha for the petitioner for some time and on perusal of the records and also after hearing the learned HCGP, the learned Senior Counsel files a memo for permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to urge all the defence available during the course of trial.
