ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.302/2008/C, dated 09.04.2008, of respondent No.3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of order, dated 01.08.2014, in Writ Petition No.16077 of 2014, respondent No.4 has not resumed allotment of stocks to him for distribution.
In my opinion, this Writ Petition is wholly misconceived for the reason that if respondent No.4 has not been complying with the above-mentioned order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.16077 of 2014, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to institute contempt proceedings against the said respondent.
In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of contempt.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.51146 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
