This contempt case is filed alleging that orders of this Court in W.P. No. 2760 of 2014 dated 4.3.2014 are not complied with.
Heard both sides.
Pursuant to the orders of this Court in W P No. 2760 of 2014 dated 4.3.2014, order vide letter No. 194 dated 3.11.2014 is passed considering the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 1.4.2013 as directed by this Court. Copy of the order dated 3.11.2014 is placed before this Court and a copy is furnished to the learned counsel for petitioner also.
In view of the orders passed on 3.11.2014, no further orders are required to be passed and the contempt case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law. No costs.
