This criminal petition is filed to quash FIR in crime No.315 of 2012 of Banjara Hills Police Station for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Banjara Hills, this matter has been closed and referred it as civil nature as per the final report dated 30.06.2012.
4. Since police have filed final report referring the case as civil nature, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
