This writ petition has been filed and challenging the order of transfer in the year 2004. Though thirteen years have elapsed, at the time of admission, this Court granted an order of interim stay and the petitioner is continuing his service. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
In view of the same, this petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
