2. G.N.B. Aradhya, S/o K. Gubbaiah, Aged about 58 years, Advocate, Residing at Fort, Sira Town, Tumkur District – 572 137.
3. Sri Shivaganga Education and Charitable Trust (Regd), Sira Town, Tumkur District – 572 137 Represented by its President B.N. Nanjundappa (Father name not known to the petitioner) Aged about 68 Years.

Notice to R1 is dispensed with v/o dated 10.11.2016) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 18.11.2013 passed by the Court of the Principal Civil Judge & JMFC at Sira on I.A. No.XIII in O.S. No.249/1993, vide Annexure-G and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for orders this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating that the parties intend to file a compromise petition in O.S.No.249/1993.
In light of the said submission and taking on record the memo, petitions are dismissed.
In light of dismissal of petition, I.A. 1/2019 does not call for any further orders. Accordingly, I.A.1/2019 is dismissed as requiring no further orders.
