ORDER The learned Government Pleader is directed to take notice for the respondents.
2. The plea of the petitioner is that the application dated 05.11.2015, vide Annexure-B and C and legal notice dated 24.01.2017, vide Annexure-H for change of katha of the schedule property is still pending before the respondents.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
4. In view of the submission made, the petition is disposed off. Respondents-authorities are directed to consider the application of the petitioner subject to proof regarding the authenticity and genuineness of the documents and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the lands in question, if not already dispossessed.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
