The petitioner-Institution is aggrieved by the non-enlistment of the petitioner as an examination center.
Learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that all the students of the Institution have been allocated a center which was named as a preferential center in the alternative by the petitioner-Institution. The examinations are said to commence with effect from 27.02.2019.
At this stage, it will not be appropriate to interfere with the allotment of the examination center to the students, since it will disturb the examination schedule.
Faced with this Sri Anand Mohan Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-Institution is entitled to be enlisted as an examination center. They have submitted a representation in this regard. The representation for enlistment as an examination center may be considered for the next academic session.
In such view of the submissions, the resopndent-University is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner- Institution for enlistment as an examination center in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed off.
